– Establish and implement schemes for identifying, evaluating and enhancing employee competency.
– Maintain safe and healthy working conditions to prevent occupational hazards, injury/harm, ill health and wellbeing of employees and stakeholders.
– Ensure to maintain adequate control measures to eliminate potential hazards by constant supervision, checks & inspections to reduce and prevent risks & injuries.
– Ensure customer satisfaction by fulfilling the customer’s needs and expectations.
MANAGEMENT BY OBJECTIVE :
– Promote employee participation at all relevant functional levels through their active involvement and seeking consultation.
– Establish and monitor key performance indicators for Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, Environment and Information Security in all relevant functions for continual improvement.
